Senator Olson requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE                                   
BILL NO. 171(FIN)(efd fld) be taken up.                                                             
                                                                                                    
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 171(FIN) "An Act amending the                                                
National Petroleum Reserve - Alaska special revenue fund;                                           
establishing the Special Legislative Oil and Gas NPR-A Development                                  
Impact Review Committee and defining its powers and duties; and                                     
providing for an effective date" was before the Senate on                                           
reconsideration.                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
Senator Olson moved that the bill be returned to second reading for the                             
purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1.
